Ag. Community Circles

NYSAMP is offering virtual gatherings to NYS Ag. Community. During this time of social distancing, Community Circles offer the chance to gather, reflect, connect and to listen and be heard on topics of interest in a safe virtual space.

Circles strengthen collective social connections through talk that builds empathy, inclusion, respect, and equity. Circles offer the opportunity for social learning & support through the use of thoughtful questioning & listening.
The circle process is used for a wide variety of purposes: relationship development and information exchange, support, problem solving, & decision making. Circles can be used in any organizational, institutional or community setting and are hosted by trained facilitators.

We are seeking Ag. groups that might like to participate. Groups will be paired with a facilitator team who will customize and host based on a topic of interest to your group. Circles can be designed as a stand alone session or as a series. Circles are currently being offered at no cost to NYS Ag. groups.

We have a limited number of sessions available and the deadline for September circles is August 30th.  If you'd like to find out more and explore if this offering would be a fit for your group email us at Info@nysamp.com
